GenTa group

The strength of an integrated group

The group operates mainly through its own structures established in the host countries (Morocco, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Niger, Djibouti, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Lebanon) and grouped into four main areas of intervention: Europe, Africa, the Levant and Middle East.

The group was founded by two French lawyers who have been practising internationally for over 15 years and are both registered with the Paris and Dubai Bars (where they lived for ten years).

Specialised in assisting numerous French groups since 2009, the group developed its HR activities under the name “STEERING RESOURCES” at first, then “GENTA” (www.genta.fr and www.genta-international.com) afterwards.

Today, the group has more than ten French and foreign companies (mainly located in French-speaking territories), all of which are owned by the French holding company GENTA GROUP, whose registered office is based in Angers (Maine et Loire – France).

Subsidiaries

A turnkey solution

GenTa Group was created on the basis of the principle of internal management of all its processes, the only way, according to its founders, to control all its administrative, HR and logistical components in complex environments.

The group is thus made up of around ten subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, the Levant and the Middle East.

Our expansion strategy, in terms of opening new subsidiaries, is based on a purely opportunistic analysis of our clients’ needs. For example, we are quite willing to support our customers in countries where we are not yet established, provided that the volume of business justifies it. Otherwise, we use our network of certified partners to meet our customers’ needs.

CSR policy

A Certified and RGPD Compliant Group

Like GenTa International, which is ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified, the GenTa Group is in the process of obtaining CSR and ISO 9001 certification for all its operational entities. GenTa thus offers its clients and service providers a 100% regulatory, organised and secure solution, from the management of talent recruitment abroad to their support and placement in France. In this context, the entire process of managing Talent, client and partner data is 100% RGPD compliant.

In addition, GenTa takes particular care in welcoming its talents, both from a material point of view and in terms of their integration into the teams of their future employer.

From a material point of view, GenTa’s teams select accommodation that meets all French standards of decency and healthiness, while ensuring that it respects the constraints of the positions offered, particularly in terms of distance.

In terms of integration, our group systematically offers (i) training adapted to each Talent, particularly in French as a foreign language and familiarisation with French culture, as well as (ii) an introduction to foreign cultures for each employer.
