The temporary contract is the most flexible solution for the company, since it offers flexibility and allows it to test your skills during the integration period. Generally, the temporary contract gives way after 6 to 9 months to a permanent contract, the majority of employers wishing to enter into a long-term relationship.
Each company has the option of recruiting you directly, without using an assignment contract. This option is commonly used when the company’s HR policy tends to limit the use of temporary workers. In addition, direct placement responds to a desire for rapid integration of Talent within the company.
GenTa allows companies to recruit directly Talents based abroad in professions where remote work poses no difficulty (such as IT, accounting, marketing). These Talents work exclusively for the company. We then take care, in the country of work, of all administrative, social and tax obligations, as well as logistics, if necessary, such as the provision of offices or equipment.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we have strict procedures in place to ensure that every inpatriate talent receives the highest level of probity.
Thus, before any hiring, you will have to successfully validate a rigorous compliance procedure. This procedure has two levels of verification:
- Level 1 (applicable to all talents): this check consists of ensuring that (i) you do not appear on any sanctions list (UN, US, EU or other) and (ii) that your World Check report does not indicate any risk of probity breach.
- Level 2 (applicable to inpatriate talent): this check is to ensure that you are not the subject of an Interpol notice. We also reserve the right – with your agreement – to check with the French authorities that you are not known to the relevant authorities.
