The temporary contract is the most flexible solution for the company, since it offers flexibility and allows the quality of the Talent to be tested during the integration period. Generally, the temporary contract gives way after 6 to 9 months to a permanent contract, customers and Talents mainly want to be part of a long-term vision.
Each company has the option of directly recruiting talents, without using an interim contract. This option is commonly used when the Talent is already working with the company, for example, in the context of outsourcing or when the company’s HR policy tends to limit the use of temporary workers. In addition, direct placement is also used to regularize the situation of Talents who have already worked for the company.
GenTa enables companies to recruit talents directly based abroad in professions where remote work poses no difficulty (such as IT, accounting, marketing). These Talents work exclusively for the company. We then take care, in the country of work, of all administrative, social and tax obligations, as well as logistics, if necessary, such as the provision of offices or equipment.

With the help of our offices and our partners, we enable you to quickly recruit and mobilise staff, qualified or not, thus allowing you to meet your constraints linked to the seasonality of your activity.
To achieve this goal, we use two of our three main recruitment pools, depending on the company’s operational needs, namely (i) European Talents (mainly Polish) and (ii) international Talents already present in the country and holding a valid residence permit (e.g. refugees, especially Ukrainians).

Talents selected by GenTa for strategic positions, such as maintenance technicians or nurses, commit to a long-term and demanding relationship with the company.
In this context, a meeting is organised between the Talent, GenTa and the company, in order to limit turnover and the disorganisation of the service in case of departure.
Naturally, the company in turn undertakes to welcome the Talent and to facilitate his/her integration into the teams so that he/she can plan for the long term.

The safety of your company and your staff is our priority. We have strict procedures in place to ensure the compliance of every Talent that will work in your company.
Therefore, before being hired, each candidate must go through a rigorous compliance procedure. This procedure involves two levels of verification:
- Level 1 (applicable to all Talents): this check consists of verifying that (i) the Talent does not appear on any sanctions list (UN, US, European or other) and (ii) the Talent’s World Check report does not reveal any probity risk.
- Level 2 (applicable to inpatriate talents): this check consists of ensuring that the Talent is not the subject of an Interpol notice. We also reserve the right, with the candidate’s agreement, to check with the French authorities that the Talent is not known to the competent authorities.
