Once selected by the employer, the Talent is usually hired directly by GenTa on a temporary assignment to ensure, during a transitional period, their suitability for the position and their successful integration into the client’s teams.
Once this phase has been validated, the Talent continues on an interim basis or, as is usually the case, is recruited directly by the client on a permanent basis.
