GenTa source of talent in the main French-speaking regions

Our selection and recruitment process is managed by our subsidiary GenTa International and relies mainly on our teams and structures in the host countries (Morocco, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Niger, Djibouti, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Lebanon). These entities are grouped into four main areas of intervention: Europe, Africa, the Levant and the Middle East.

GenTa manages the compliance and residence permits of each Talent from A to Z

A reinforced compliance procedure

Before being hired, each Talent will have to pass a compliance procedure certifying that he/she does not appear on any sanctions list (UN, USA, Europe or other), that he/she is not subject to any Interpol notice and that he/she is not on any information sheet. In addition, a World Check will be systematically carried out before any impatriation. These checks will be carried out both before arrival and throughout the Talent's stay.

A dedicated service for the management of residence permits

GenTa has a dedicated subsidiary (GENTA P.R.O Services) to manage all issues related to visas, residence permits and work permits for our Talents. This entity is managed by experienced lawyers able to navigate the intricacies of the immigration services, both in France and in the countries of departure.

With the help of our subsidiary GenTa Management, we manage all matters related to the accommodation and transportation of our talent.

Reception and installation help

Upon departure, a dedicated contact person will welcome the Talent (flight, train, etc.) and take care of him/her (airport reception and accompaniment). This contact person will be available to answer any questions regarding the installation.

Provision of Accommodation

Through our housing stock, we will provide each Talent with decent accommodation (individual or shared) and look after its regular maintenance (cleaning, laundry, etc.).

Fleet of Vehicles and Means of Transport

In order to enable each Talent to get to work and meet their daily needs, GenTa has set up a fleet of vehicles and other means of transport (public transport, carpooling, etc.) which it makes available to its Talents.

GenTa supports the professional development of each of its Talents

Once the Talent has been selected and arrived in France, he or she is generally hired directly by GenTa on a temporary assignment to ensure, during a transitional period, that he or she is suitable for the position and integrated into the client’s teams.

 

Once this phase has been validated, the Talent continues on a temporary assignment or, as is usually the case, is recruited directly by the client on a permanent basis. In this latter case, GenTa continues to monitor the Talent’s compliance at each renewal of their residence permit.
