GenTa supports the professional development of each of its Talents
Once the Talent has been selected and arrived in France, he or she is generally hired directly by GenTa on a temporary assignment to ensure, during a transitional period, that he or she is suitable for the position and integrated into the client’s teams.
Once this phase has been validated, the Talent continues on a temporary assignment or, as is usually the case, is recruited directly by the client on a permanent basis. In this latter case, GenTa continues to monitor the Talent’s compliance at each renewal of their residence permit.
